ServiPH follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we collect

Name, email, mobile number, address, booking details, and for businesses, registration documents and payout details. Card and e-wallet details are entered on PayMongo and never stored by us.

Why

To create your account, process bookings and payments, verify businesses, prevent fraud, and send booking notifications.

Who sees it

The business you book sees your name, mobile and service address. Admins see verification documents. We share payment data with PayMongo only.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or ask us to delete your data by contacting us. Some records are kept as required by tax and accounting rules.
