Refund Policy

• If the business does not accept your booking within 24 hours, you get a full automatic refund.
• If the business declines or cancels, you get a full refund.
• If the service was not provided or was very different from the description, use "Report a problem" before confirming. We review and may refund in full or in part.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method. E-wallets usually take 1 to 3 business days; cards can take 5 to 15 banking days.
• Once you confirm the service as completed, the payment is released to the business and is no longer refundable through the platform.
