ServiPH is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent service businesses in the Philippines. ServiPH is not the provider of the services listed.

Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Bookings and payments

Prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include the platform fee. Payments are processed by PayMongo. The business receives its share after the customer confirms the service or the review period ends without a dispute.

Businesses

Businesses must hold the permits required for their services, provide services as described, and respond to disputes. The platform keeps a commission of each booking as shown in the partner dashboard.

Disputes

Customers can report a problem before confirming a booking. We review evidence from both sides and decide whether to refund the customer or release the payment.

Referral program

Approved referrers earn a share of the platform commission from bookings completed by people they invited. Self-referrals and fake accounts are not allowed and earnings from them are cancelled.
